Propaganda I'm falling for

  1. Getting monthly maintenance IV's - 1 IV a month = better hydration control

  2. Using vitamin C as an anti-inflammatory agent - powerful antioxidant that clams down inflammation in the body.

  3. Tossing the gatorade and Powerade's - they aren't doing anything to properly hydrate you!

  4. Taking quality oral vitamins - if you aren't taking quality vitamins, you are wasting your money due to the body not being able to absorb the nutrients.

  5. Stop treating salt like the enemy - salt is not the enemy! Sugar is!
