Memberships Rules
💧Pick desired IV bag size: 500ml or 1000mL bag.
💧6 or 12 month commitment required.
💧Credit card on file will be charged on the 1st of each month.
💧Patient is responsible for setting up monthly IV.
💧If the IV is not scheduled & used within the month, it will be lost.
💧If more than one IV is desired within the same month, the membership discount price will be honored for all other additional IV's received.
